The Zac Plantz Foundation
The Zac Plantz Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to shepherding young men and women who are committed to creating a better tomorrow. This foundation will invest in young people by providing them with opportunities to grow academically, socially, and spiritually as they set out to establish inspiring legacies of their own. We honor Zac’s commitment to the whole person by championing faith-based education, service & leadership, and health & wellness initiatives within our community.
Our Guy
Zachary “Zac” Plantz was a Frankfort, IL native graduating near the top of his class at Providence Catholic High School. He was an all-state football selection and went on to earn a degree and become a rugby stand-out at the University of Notre Dame. Zac’s career moves and commitments to his community were stepping-stones toward his ultimate life goal—to build a better city, a better country, and a better tomorrow for everyone he met along the way.
Put A Little Good Into This World
We seek to empower young men and women to follow in Zac’s footsteps and connect them with transformative opportunities and resources in education, service & leadership, and health & wellness. These were the pillars of Zac’s life, and we hope to spread goodwill by funding experiences that will expand their perspectives of themselves and the world.
